Some example of bottom line delivery

Program Lead from deal orchestration to service delivery for converting a bank with 600 branches from 4 different systems into a consolidated platform which enabled integrated offering and higher security & compliance efficiency as well as move from legacy systems to outsourced model. 

Worked closely with the Bank & Technology vendors with very strong relationships with both parties to deliver impact outcomes despite additional challenges like: 

- Built a Fraud Monitoring system & benchmarked against global players and deployed it with scoring algorithms.

Shared Service Center, APAC 

Led the rollout (Project & Operations) for the first Shared Service Center setup for APAC 16 countries, covering 45+ legal entities for BASF Group in Asia. Successfully delivered the project on time and budgets with exceptional consolidation, performance streamlining, 99.98% operational SLAs and reducing country operational footprint with consolidation in the shared services. Led the highest operational delivery KPIs for the functional SSC.

ERP Consolidation NAFTA 

Built the business case and then we Project Lead it for BASF Corporation consolidation of 5 legacy platforms across CA, US, MX spread over 220 sites, 80 different clocking systems and 17 different payroll cycles covering multiple unions and their migration to SAP HR + setup of centralized Shared Services from data administration to payroll to compensation, travel expenses and benefits administration.

Delivered the project on time and budget with a globally assembled team and it was one of the best benchmark SAP HR project in NA.

Setup of Global IT Governance

Setup the global IT Governance function for BASF Group for HR IT Systems globally for the first time. Focus was to setup global standards, nomenclature as well as global controls and gatekeeping definition.
